launch of our innovative Carve-Your-Own menu! Simple carve your own succulent slices from an extensive spread of stuffed saddle
of lamb, rib-eye roast beef and stuffed loin of pork, plus a choice from the following: pheasant, guinea fowl, duck, chicken,
goose, gammon or turkey. We will cook your meat and bring it to your table where you can carve it to your liking. Absolutely
ideal for families - what better way to impress? The Carve-Your-Own menu is served with a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables,
and is recommended for tables of eight or more.
Be your own culinary artiste! As an alternative to our superb chef’s
dishes, you can experiment by cooking a terrific dish of your own. Our innovative steakstones allow you to
self-cook mouth-watering food - just as you like it - whilst still seated at your table! A novel talking-point and
lots of fun.
Create a sizzling
meal while enjoying a glass of wine, experimenting with different flavours and combinations. With piping-hot stones, simply
choose from our list of steak, chicken or fish, add fresh vegetables, sauces & spices, plus french
fries, and - hey presto - you have your very own creation! Steakstones allow you to demonstrate your culinary
