Phil is a talented master chef who has
been with The New Inn for many years building a solid reputation locally for his amazing blends of flavours
and textures. Taking tremendous pride in his work, Phil places enormous value on customer feedback - so don't
be surprised if he makes an appearance at the end of the evening to ask if everything has been to your liking! If
you're lucky, he may even reveal a secret recipe or two!
